Desiccated coconut is grated, dried and unsweetened fresh meat of mature coconuts, commonly used in bakery, confectionery and other food products.
Our desiccated coconut is made of the freshest, finest coconut meat free of pesticides and heavy metals. No sweeteners or additives. It has a clean white color, free from impurities and retains the naturally pleasant coconut taste and fragrance that readily increases appetite. Highly nutritious with very high fiber content.
Depending on the fat content, our desiccated coconut is available in High Fat (Medium and Fine grains) and Low Fat (Extra Fine and Fine grains).
